The second step is to select the packaging bag style. The packaging format should be determined according to product specifications, brand positioning, sales channels, and practical usage needs. Jiayue offers various packaging options, including European style bags, Chinese style bags, sealed bags, and zipper bags. European style bags can be customized with a single handle, double handles, or no handle depending on pack size and carrying requirements. Chinese style bags are available with no handle or a single handle and are more suitable for larger pack quantities and heavier products. Zipper bags are convenient to open and close and can be reused, making them suitable for products that require greater convenience and differentiation. Sealed bags provide better enclosed protection, helping reduce exposure to external conditions during transportation and storage while maintaining packaging integrity.
The third step is to select the packaging material. The material should be chosen based on product positioning, market requirements, packaging strength, and printing performance. The fourth step is to complete the packaging design and final artwork approval. The fifth step is plate making and mass production. After the final artwork is approved, the factory prepares the printing plates according to the confirmed files. At the beginning of printing, the first printed batch is inspected, with particular attention to color accuracy, text clarity, graphic positioning, and overall layout. The sixth step is production inspection and shipment.
