This week, several overseas clients visited Jiayue for an in-depth factory tour and business exchange. During the visit, they explored our office areas, production workshops, laboratory, and sample room, gaining a clearer understanding of the complete diaper manufacturing process—from raw material handling and production to inspection and finished-product warehousing.Jiayue’s clean and well-organized production environment, clearly defined functional areas, and standardized on-site management gave customers a direct view of how our factory operates and manages daily production.
In the production workshop, the clients gained a closer look at Jiayue’s diaper manufacturing processes and automated production lines. Our team introduced the key raw materials used in production, equipment operating procedures, and major manufacturing stages, helping customers develop a more complete understanding of hygiene product manufacturing.Throughout the production process, product quality is controlled through multiple inspection procedures, including automatic defect detection and rejection, online quality monitoring, manual sampling inspections, laboratory performance testing, and metal detection. These quality control measures enabled the visiting customers to better understand how Jiayue maintains stable and consistent product quality throughout production.
During the laboratory visit, the clients focused on how Jiayue uses professional testing procedures to support product quality control.
