Jiarun workshop adopts fully enclosed production management. From personnel entry to production operations, every step is carried out according to standardized procedures. Before entering the workshop, staff are required to complete purification steps such as hand washing, wearing protective caps, and passing through an air shower. These multiple protective measures help reduce the introduction of dust and bacteria from the outside environment, maintaining a clean and stable production area.
Our workshop follows a modern dust-free production model, providing a safe and clean environment for hygiene product manufacturing. Inside the workshop, all raw materials are classified and stored in designated areas according to regulations, with a standardized and well-organized layout. The production area is equipped with dedicated material racks, and all raw materials are stored off the ground to avoid direct contact with the floor. This helps reduce the impact of dust, moisture, and other environmental factors on product quality from the source, further ensuring hygiene and safety throughout the production process.
In terms of raw material and finished product warehouse management, Jiarun always adheres to a high-standard management system. All materials in the warehouse are classified and stored according to unified standards, with neat placement, clear aisles, and a clean, orderly overall environment for efficient daily management and scheduling. At the same time, all raw materials and finished products are elevated on pallets to avoid direct contact with the ground, effectively reducing the effects of moisture and contamination. A standardized warehousing environment not only improves management efficiency, but also provides a safer and cleaner hygiene guarantee for production.
