Jiayue's own manufacturing facility, Jiarun Factory, is equipped with advanced automated production lines and standardized manufacturing processes, enabling large-scale production of a wide range of hygiene products, including baby diapers and pull-up pants, adult diapers and pull-up pants, underpads, sanitary napkins, menstrual pants, and pet care products.Our production capabilities include baby diaper lines with speeds of up to 1,000 pieces per minute, adult diaper lines reaching 300 pieces per minute, and sanitary napkin lines producing up to 1,200 pieces per minute. To ensure consistent product quality, Jiayue has established a multi-level quality management system covering every stage—from incoming raw material inspection to finished product testing. Critical factors such as product performance, dimensions, construction, and appearance are carefully monitored to ensure every shipment meets consistent quality standards.
