Beneath the top sheet, an added ADL (Acquisition Distribution Layer) enables rapid liquid diffusion and distribution, preventing urine from accumulating in one area. The absorbent core is the key structure of the pull-up pants, composed of fluff pulp and SAP, and is mainly responsible for fast liquid absorption and efficient liquid retention. A high-quality absorbent core can quickly absorb a large amount of liquid while effectively minimizing rewet, helping maintain a dry inner environment and reducing the risk of skin issues such as diaper rash.
To enhance elasticity and overall fit, Jiayue uses CREORA spandex, a well-known Korean brand, in the elastic components of its pull-up pants. Its excellent stretch and recovery performance improve the fit around the waist and leg openings, enhancing leak protection while increasing wearing comfort for babies. For bonding, Jiayue uses hygiene-grade adhesive from H.B. Fuller in the United States. Safe, odorless, environmentally friendly, and highly stable, this adhesive securely bonds each layer together, ensuring overall product integrity and compliance with international hygiene standards.
