The top sheet of the Yibero underpad is crafted from non-woven fabric combined with spunbond technology, offering a soft and skin-friendly touch. Its absorbent core is made of fluff pulp blended with SAP and supported by absorbent tissue, enabling rapid liquid distribution, faster absorption, and enhanced dryness. The product’s surface pattern can be flexibly customized, including small diamond, large diamond, perforated, and embossed designs—meeting diverse demands across global markets. Yibero offers three standard sizes: 60×45 cm, 60×60 cm, and 60×90 cm, covering multiple usage scenarios such as daily care, postpartum care, infant care, and adult bed care. Jiayue also supports special-size customization for unique market requirements.
Yibero underpads are available with two types of backsheet materials—PE film or composite film, with the option to customize brand logos on the backsheet to enhance product identity and brand visibility. The PE film provides excellent impermeability and abrasion resistance, effectively locking liquid inside the pad and preventing leakage throughout use. The composite film, while maintaining strong protective performance, offers superior softness and breathability, making it ideal for long-duration care scenarios. To further improve convenience and stability during use, an optional adhesive backing can be added to secure the underpad to bedsheets, exam tables, or nursing chairs. This prevents shifting caused by turning, movement, or repositioning—greatly improving clinical efficiency and reducing care risks. This feature is especially beneficial for elderly care, long-term bedridden patients, and active infants.
