In the global hygiene and personal care products trade, the foundation of a successful partnership often goes beyond the product itself. More importantly, it is built on mutual recognition of communication efficiency, professionalism, and trust. This time, the customer who reached a cooperation agreement with Jiayue came from the European market, mainly serving local hospitals and nursing homes, and had high standards for product quality, supply stability, and the supplier’s professional capabilities. When the customer first contacted Jiayue, his main concern was not the price, but whether communication would be smooth and whether the supplier could truly understand the needs of the medical and care channel.
After the initial phone conversation, the customer was left with a very positive impression of Jiayue. He believed that sincere communication and professional responses were essential foundations for cooperation, and he also recognized Jiayue’s clear understanding of product structures and market demands. For this reason, he quickly made a decision—to fly from another city in China to Quanzhou and visit Jiayue’s factory in person, hoping to gain a deeper understanding of our production capabilities and product portfolio.During the factory visit, we presented the client with products of different quality levels, including baby diapers, baby pull-up pants, and adult care products, while also introducing product solutions tailored to different quality grades and market positioning. At the same time, we shared insights into how product design, material selection, and absorbent core structures vary across different national markets. The client showed strong interest in Jiayue’s extensive international market experience. At present, Jiayue’s products have been exported to more than 70 countries and regions, and this broad export experience provides valuable reference for OEM customization projects for global customers.
Through this on-site visit, the client not only gained an intuitive understanding of Jiayue’s production workshops, quality management, and production capacity, but more importantly, a deeper relationship of trust was established between both parties. The key factors that ultimately led to the partnership were stable product quality, reliable manufacturing capacity, and Jiayue’s ability to provide one-stop support ranging from product solutions to production and packaging. This cooperation once again proves that in international trade, professional capability and sincere communication remain the foundation for building long-term partnerships.
