From Raw Materials to Finished Products: A Full Analysis of Jiayue’s Baby Diapers Production Process！

During the production preparation stage, factory personnel first carry out unified raw material allocation and quality inspection. Once the production process begins, the first step is core flattening and cutting. Through high-precision equipment, the absorbent layer composed of fluff pulp and SAP is compressed into a uniform thickness and shaped accordingly, then cut according to product specifications to form standardized absorbent cores. The cut cores then enter the wrapping process, where upper and lower layers of nonwoven fabric are applied to both sides for wrapping and fixation, while a functional top sheet with liquid acquisition and absorption properties is laminated onto the surface.
In the backsheet lamination process, the frontal tape is first bonded, and printed designs are applied to the backsheet nonwoven layer to enhance the product’s visual appearance. At the same time, a wetness indicator is added to the backsheet, allowing the diaper to show a color change after urine absorption, which helps remind parents to replace it in time. Spandex threads are also incorporated into the waist area to improve elasticity and fit, effectively reducing the risk of side leakage. All material layers are then firmly laminated through adhesive bonding technology to ensure a stable and reliable overall structure.
Afterward, the diapers are neatly stacked by the stacker to form finished diaper pieces, followed by quality inspection to screen qualified products. The diapers are then automatically counted according to the required quantity and packed into inner bags, before undergoing final outer bag sealing to effectively prevent moisture or contamination during storage and transportation.
