Jiayue’s factory operates under a fully enclosed dust-free workshop management system, ensuring product cleanliness and safety from the very beginning of the production process. Before entering the workshop, all production staff must strictly follow standardized procedures, including hand washing and disinfection, wearing protective caps and uniforms, and undergoing secondary purification through an air shower system before accessing the production area. At present, the factory’s core production machine measures approximately 45 meters in length, while the supporting packaging line extends to 13.5 meters. The entire production line is equipped with a high level of automation and refined process control, ensuring both production efficiency and product consistency. The baby diaper production line can reach a maximum speed of 700 pieces per minute, while the baby pull-up pants production line can achieve up to 630 pieces per minute, fully meeting the demands of large-volume and large-scale orders. Supported by an efficient and stable production rhythm and a well-established order fulfillment system, Jiayue generally adopts full-container-load orders as the standard MOQ, enabling optimal coordination of production scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics delivery, while maximizing supply efficiency and cooperation value.
In warehousing and loading operations, Jiayue also demonstrates a mature and professional management system. The factory is equipped with a large loading area capable of accommodating up to five containers simultaneously, significantly improving shipment efficiency. Through rational stacking and compression techniques for heavy cargo, the team maximizes the use of container space.
