The surface layer of Jiayue adult diapers is made of ultra-soft non-woven fabric combined with spunbond technology, offering a gentle, skin-friendly touch. An added ADL helps disperse liquid quickly and reduce stuffiness. The absorption core consists of a highly absorbent fluff pulp and SAP composite, with a scientifically balanced ratio to achieve excellent absorbency and strong liquid-locking performance, helping prevent leakage and rewetting. Jiayue offers multiple regular sizes (M–XXL) and various absorption levels (1200–3000 mL) to meet the needs of hospitals, nursing homes, and home-care environments.
2、Adult Pull-Up Pants
Adult pull-up pants feature an underwear-like structure designed for easy wearing and removal, enabling users to change independently. The top sheet is crafted from breathable spunbond non-woven fabric, while the absorbent core blends imported SAP with high-quality fluff pulp, further enhanced with an ADL for rapid liquid dispersion and improved overall absorption. The 360° elastic waistband fits various body shapes comfortably without tightness, enhancing wearability. Standing leak guards around the legs provide comprehensive leakage protection, ensuring peace of mind for users.

Jiayue underpads feature an ultra-soft non-woven top layer that is gentle and comfortable against the skin. The top-sheet embossing can be customized, including small diamond, large diamond, perforated, and patterned designs to meet diverse market needs. The backsheet is available in PE film or laminated film, both supporting branded printing for improved market recognition.Jiayue underpads are available in three regular sizes—60×45 cm, 60×60 cm, and 60×90 cm—covering multiple scenarios from daily care and postpartum care to baby care and adult bed-care needs.
