The production workshop adopts a standardized dust-free management system, with strict operating procedures implemented from raw material warehousing to finished product packaging.Jiarun’s production line is 61.5 meters long. The production speed of baby diapers can reach up to 700 pcs/min, while adult diapers can reach up to 300 pcs/min. Equipped with fully automated inspection and packaging equipment, the factory effectively improves production efficiency and product stability.
Recently, multiple batches of Yibero baby diapers and pull-up pants, adult diapers and pull-up pants, as well as Adariel baby diapers and pull-up pants, have successfully completed production at Jiarun Factory and are being loaded and shipped in sequence. These products will be exported to multiple overseas markets. Supported by a mature production system and stable supply capacity, the factory efficiently manages every stage, from order scheduling and production management to finished product warehousing and shipment, further ensuring stable delivery for overseas orders.Before shipment, quality control personnel conduct unified inspections of product packaging, quantities, and loading conditions.
